Shipping and Customs Policy
This policy applies to bookstore orders shipped within India and internationally.
Domestic shipping
We arrange dispatch after order confirmation and payment verification where applicable. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier availability.
International shipping — buyer responsibility
International buyers are 100% responsible for:
- Import taxes, customs duties, VAT/GST at destination, and brokerage fees
- Providing accurate customs information and responding to customs requests
- Any clearing fees charged by the destination country’s authorities or courier
Unpaid customs and abandoned packages
If a package is held, refused, returned, or destroyed because customs charges were unpaid or the buyer did not complete clearance, the order is not refundable (product price, shipping, or related fees).
Checkout acknowledgment
At checkout, international (and all) customers must acknowledge these customs terms before placing an order.
