Refund Policy

We want your bookstore experience to be fair and transparent.

Domestic orders (India)

• Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your invoice number.
• Approved returns must be unused and in original condition unless the item arrived damaged.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

International orders

• Customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and storage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable by us.
• Packages refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs are not eligible for refund of product or shipping once dispatched.

Digital / non-fulfillable cases

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or operational issues on our side, we will offer a replacement or refund of the paid amount.
